Spent Friday and Saturday nights in a developed campground for a fishing trip with my son
Night 4: Last minute overnight on Toiyabe National Forest land just 12 miles south from the house, scouting out an area for late season archery.
Night 16. Had the whole basin to ourselves:
Love how easy the decked system makes it for the little ones:
On another side notes as the weather gets noticeably cooler here in Montana and camping days wind down. I can’t remember the last time I have gotten out and camped this much in one year. The GFC has made it such a breeze to get out in our limited time between other commitments. Happy fall y’all!
Spent another couple nights in the GFC at the Atessa Race Track in Casa Grande, AZ attending the Southwest Speed Festival. The weather is finally cooling off here in Arizona!
Night: 5 - Starry Nights
Night: 6 - Shady views of the track
Outside of Flaming Gorge
Couple of nights at Echo Park in Dinosaur National Monument
Couple nights at Deep Lake in the Flat Tops
Pretty swell out there
Back on the road again after a short break in Denver visiting family and seeing friends.
second night in the same spot
Back in our ‘home base’ while seeing friends, but taking full advantage of the beautiful areas to camp.
Back up in the northwest. Saw one taco with a gfc and another with an atlas.
Fingers crossed the mountains let me in.
