Utah was pretty rad! Always good to see another Colorado/gfc out there! Wish I would have gotten black
Funny, I walked in to buy a white diesel but they had a screaming deal on the black gasser so I got it instead.
What we didn’t anticipate was parking right next to one of their distilling vents, which was pumping out an intense wave of cardamom all night. It was such a unique and memorable smell that it actually soaked into the topper —I can still catch hints of it when I climb in.
At this point I’ve just leaned into it. I’m planning to add some cardamom potpourri to keep the scent alive as a little nod to our very first night. Not a bad way to christen a new camper. ![]()

Nights 2 - 9: Central Oregon in a friends backyard working on some other trailers. Looking forward to more scenic spots this summer. At least the doggo is still cute AF.
For those of you who know the Oregon Coast well — do you have any favorite campsites where you can actually see the ocean from camp? Free or budget-friendly spots would be even better.
He seems so happy up there!
Night 1 for 2026 and first night for my special lady friend in the GFC. North park CO, 36ish degrees, windy with a spit of rain and snow.
Night #7 but Day 23 of Retirement Adventure. Been staying with family last week +. But now Geneva On the Lake OH. Lake Eire. RV state park set up.
I love this rig one of the best looking setups. ![]()
Night 10 - 13 still a friends backyard and then finally got away to Mt. Hood Wilderness on Night 14 (May 24).
(the puppy lookout on duty)Night 10, not a single complaint. My wife wanted a shower while I was fishing so she closed everything up and drove down the road. She kept saying how easy it is to close/open everything.
Much appreciated!
