Post Your Pudding Here (2026)

Utah was pretty rad! Always good to see another Colorado/gfc out there! Wish I would have gotten black

Funny, I walked in to buy a white diesel but they had a screaming deal on the black gasser so I got it instead.

This was our very first night in the topper, and it was one for the books. After getting it installed in Scappoose, Oregon (my contract work had taken us to California, so that was our closest install option), we were driving back down and stopped for our first night at a Harvest Hosts location — Trail Distillery, just south of Portland.

What we didn’t anticipate was parking right next to one of their distilling vents, which was pumping out an intense wave of cardamom all night. It was such a unique and memorable smell that it actually soaked into the topper —I can still catch hints of it when I climb in.

At this point I’ve just leaned into it. I’m planning to add some cardamom potpourri to keep the scent alive as a little nod to our very first night. Not a bad way to christen a new camper. :tumbler_glass::camping:

Nights 2 - 9: Central Oregon in a friends backyard working on some other trailers. Looking forward to more scenic spots this summer. At least the doggo is still cute AF.

Second night in our GFC, we stayed near South Jetty Beach just south of Florence, Oregon. I was hoping to camp right on the ocean, but most of the sites were tucked behind the dunes without much of a view. Still an awesome spot to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

For those of you who know the Oregon Coast well — do you have any favorite campsites where you can actually see the ocean from camp? Free or budget-friendly spots would be even better.

Night 10, not a single complaint. My wife wanted a shower while I was fishing so she closed everything up and drove down the road. She kept saying how easy it is to close/open everything.

Much appreciated!

First night out in our new V2 Max on the wya home from install in MT. Spent the night outside Salmon, ID. Was our kiddo’s first camping trip and between the 3 of us, it was a blast!
