Yep very true. . I misspoke my bad. They do not make tent material nor purchase it within the usa. Everything else they do make or purchase within the USA

Interesting to see the different fixes people are suggesting here. Small issues like zippers and seals are always the things that show up after real-world use. Hope you managed to get it sorted curious whether it ended up being a zipper alignment issue or something with the track itself.

After emailing them I received this reply so it sounds like all hope is not lost yet:
“The V1 replacement and upgrade tent project is still in the works. It has unfortunately taken a back seat during our busy production season, but as far as I’m aware, the team still intends to move forward with it as time and capacity allow. We do not have a firm timeline to share yet.”
Yeah the V2’s got the same issue for me. I’m thinking of just Shoe Goo-ing the parts back on
