Been thinking of this silly idea for a while. Finally got a round to it.
Been doing a lot more climbing these past few years and now taking it pretty seriously, so get a new hangboard to add to the training.
I didn’t want to just have it in one place, like my hallway:
So I mounted it to a french cleat so I could move it around (like into the garage training area as well).
I also didn’t want to miss out while camping and biking etc. the whole point of the hangboard (for me) is to maintain a baseline finger strength. So I wanted a way to take it on the truck. So a little 1.5x3" aluminum extrusion, a few awning mounts off the classifieds section, and an extra piece of french cleat, and I have a portable solution:

I made the baseboard big enough and added holes so I could hang it elsewhere as well, but doubt I will use them…
