Production Timeline Records

Well, I’ll add to the confusion. Just got an email asking to pay my final invoice. That puts me in line for the scheduling department to call and schedule an installation date. No idea when that will be though. I was told a month ago that my production start should be in June. Build #1768 for a 2nd gen tacoma access cab

Just got an email saying you’ll get a call 4-6 weeks after you pay your final invoice to schedule

I’m ok with that. Just happy to have taken the next step.

I’m #1721 Tacoma DCSB, deposit 11/25/20, picked options 5/25/21, received invoice 5/28/21. However, was over charged and not provided the grandfathered pricing prior to 12/31/20. Waiting for a corrected invoice in order to pay.

Just set a date!!! June 27th lets goooo!

@tsrhines what truck do you have? I paid up end of April and was told I’d get a call “in a couple weeks” (6’ tacoma)

What build number are you? I have a 5’ Taco

#1535. later number, earlier payment, so eager to see what that means for timing. hoping for some time in July.

got the call on 6/3 for 6/26 install!

Ok got it! Gladiator GFC#1414. I talked to GFC long time ago and asked for no 3rd brake light, as you would expect it’s a requirement. I explained Gladiators have a removable top and/or convertible top so they have incorporated the 3rd break light into the tailgate already. They said that’s a custom order for a break light delete and no guarantee anything will happen. Well, well, my oh my. It’s absolutely totally legal, and it sure looks good with just the factory tailgate light and no extra camper light. I don’t know if all Gladiators from here forward will have it or not, but they did me good. Sometimes a little effort goes a long way, very happy. Still on the road, I’ll post pics when I get settled for a bit somewhere, it is summer and I just got a new toy.

Wow thats crazy June was already filled up. I thought that things would be speeding up a bit and they would still be scheduling in June. I wonder how long it is going to take before they start to speed up. With the releasing of new models, which they still have several to work through, they are going to continue to go backwards it seems before they go forwards IMO. I was thinking 1600’s would be late July/early August but going off of your number and build, that seems pretty unlikely at this point.

Brittany told me today, for my build 1670, they should be calling me in 2-3 weeks. They are scheduling for late July/August now. So im hoping i can get there in mid to late August?

Hey I’m one ahead of you (build #1669 1st gen Tacoma)! I was just told today in an email that they are behind due to material shortages and don’t have any idea what my timeline is. Originally scheduled for June production but now I’m not getting my hopes up on getting it this summer. Hopefully I wont have to make the drive in the snow.

Well that sucks, I’m 1630 and was planning a summer road trip to go get it. Fuck, if it’s in the fall I might have to go solo to get it.

Oh thats news to me. Lets hope its not delayed :crossed_fingers:

Watched GFC last Instagram live feed.

On that live stream they said they had ordered enough (plenty) of material to build completed campers all the way up to 2022.
