They said that it’s odd… and no one reported it yet (i doubt it as I literally slept on that matters twice… I mean come on, $300 dollar mattress…I probably could have a better luck with 3" memory foam mattress of amazon cut to size for $80). Anyways, they said they sending it over to Warranty department, and it may take few days.
my damaged Superlite was to be delivered back at GFC tuesday. it has made it back to GFC confirmed by my call to Old Dominion. just waiting to get an update from GFC and a replacement hopefully shipped out this week and this mess will be over with… i will update how the process goes to help others who might experience damaged in shipping Superlites. on another forum they discussed that a patch kit will be available. in my case it wouldnt work but good to know if you get a hole in it. then you wont have to send the whole thing back.
I am in the 87xx and waiting.
Ordered the SuperLite quick release mount Tuesday 09th.
Expected delivery next Monday 14th.
thats great! i must say the mounting harware i got with the Superlite looks HEAVY duty! the wait is killing me. still no word on my replacement. i know there very busy but id take even an email.
The quick mounts will be delivered next Monday or the superlite will be delivered next Monday?
looks like Superlites are now listed as on hold. something about alotment of material. i hope they can source enough to get out the current orders. maybe someone from GFC could jump on and explain whats going on.
Just the quick release mounts.
I’m 74XX and was told I just missed this week’s shipments. Scheduled for next week. That was information updated today.
SuperLite is currently on hold. We’ve sold through our allotted number of tent materials and are not currently selling more at this time. (gofastcampers.com)
I think that is a brave and honest thing to do.

Interesting…I’m 73XX and I haven’t heard a peep.
I have been proactive about asking them for shipping date updates since they don’t seem proactive in providing them unless you ask. If you send them an email I’m guessing they would tell you next week although based on previous experience I wouldn’t be surprised if it gets delayed again.
Based on my communication with them they weren’t planning on contacting me when it is ready to ship and I won’t know it shipped until it hits the local distribution center of the shipping company and they call to inform me of a 4 hour delivery window. I’m really hoping I get some heads up notification when it leaves GFC but I’m not sure that is the case based on communications with CS.
edit: right after I hit send on this message I received an email confirming my shipping address! You should have gotten one also if you are 73XX
Gotcha. Thanks. I just did get that address confirmation e-mail. Hopeful that it ships next week…
I’m 75xx and just received my shipping address confirmation email.
Got my Superlite delivered 6/7 and installed this past weekend. Order number 68XX
Mounting it to my 2019 4Runner with factory roof rack was a pain at first but I figured it out eventually
What date did you get your address email confirmation?
Edit: looks awesome btw. I have a red 4Runner mounting on a Greenland off-road rack.
Just got the tracking information for mine. Order No. 73XX. My address confirmation e-mail was received on Friday.
Thanks for the compliment.
I’d rather not give out this specific information because I feel it then places an expectation on GFC that they may not be able to fulfill. It was ordered October '20 and received June 8th
Looks great. Nice to see a superlite on a 5th gen with factory rack. I’ll be doing the same soon hopefully. How sturdy did it seem inside the tent, given the forward over hang, with the factory crossbars?
Interesting. I was told by GFC that the factory 4Runner crossbars could not support the weight of the tent and people in it.
They suggested an aftermarket rack or at the very least replacement metal crossbars.
I would be shocked if they were rated to hold that type of weight. When I first had my 4runner I had factory cross bars on it and they were not good. I wouldn’t trust my snowboard on them. They broke about a four days later.
