Hi, does anybody know how to install the superlite quick release mounts with a standard aftermarket round crossbar. (Gobi Rack) ?

It doesn’t look like they are compatible with round crossbars. The site says works with T slotted crossbars.

I have round bars on my Jeep and couldn’t use the quick mounts because I don’t have flat bars
Just got my SL up on our rig. I was solo so it took a few extra minutes but I’d say that I spent lots more time breaking down the box it came in! Only took about 10 to 20 minutes to mount on the rack once I found the parts inside the tent

Loved the tent, very minimal (not noticeable) addition to road noise. Pleasantly surprised the SiriusXM still worked fine. Zipped sides very effectively block wind and the pockets on the ceiling were great. Liked all the little touches. Ladder mounting also worked great and was super easy to attach.

hey all, I’ve been checking this forum from time to time as I have eagerly awaited my order from January. When i originally ordered I was motivated by using my tent this summer for camping trips. I’ve missed that now, and have been happy with my other camping setup. In addition, i’ve made another rather larger purchase and wouldn’t mind finding a new owner for my superlite.
Can I transfer my order to someone else? I figured i’d try here before bothering GFC.

No order transfers for the Superlite as far as I know. I’ve heard of folks changing the shipping address or just waiting until it is delivered if you can find a local buyer.

Anyone know the distance from the front of the tent to the start of the aluminum extrusion? I have a prinsu and a light bar that sits about 3/4" higher than the prinsu crossbars and trying to figure out if the tent extrusions will interfere or clear.
what vehicle is your prinsu on?
