well, went to Johnson Valley to get sandblasted in 35mph constant wind.
To do this:

Love this, super elegant and simple. What is that bag you use? Thanks!

I also upgraded the loop to a pan head machine screw, I think it looks a little cleaner.
Today I “installed” my two @Filstrand rear frame bags. Super high quality bags, excellent customer service, and they fit perfectly. James used my Colorado as the test bed for the Gen 2 Colorado. Now I need to decide what to put in them . . .
I also received my Pro nut upgrade kit. I only did the four needed to hold my L-track in place so they’re much more secure now
Not sure what’s next other than camping in a few weeks with @kevine001
I finally got around to replacing the rear hatch of my camper. The original had some powder coat issues that were causing bubbles under the finish. I also moved around the @Shittco awning blocks to cover all 3 windows.
Drilled through that?!?!
Set up the Pro Lights. Put the decked system in. Cut a Bed Rug for the top of the decked system and cut up some foam for additional sleeping on the bottom.
Been considering something other than the OEM bed mat such as turf for flooring. Realized I had these foam squares tucked in a closet and decided to see how they might work. Turned out decent and gives it a more welcoming feel. Not sure it’s a long term solution but maybe for the summer.
A couple layers of fiberglass, some fairing compound and some scavenged carbon fiber. Not perfect but a good test #2. I’m trying to figure out how I could add silicon gaskets to totally seel the bottom vehicle side edge.
Also anybody use this style fastener instead of carabiners to hold the doors open. Wondering how I could source them and make them work
Noice.

The hooks, just google “G-Hooks” ITW is the YKK of G-Hooks
Damn your good.
Better than duct tape?
It’s coming along nicely
Broke down and and purchased some awning blocks for my v2 Pro from ASG Offroad
Really pleased with the quality.
They also fit the loose awning rods I bought when I was trying to make my own mounts
Gave it my own DIY flare to maintain the function of the original lil lock-locker I made for mine
Got the tent pulled out of my V1 yesterday and prepped it to add a new side door
Wait… aren’t you selling it? Upgrading before the sale?
Heaven forbid a girl has a hobby
Not much to the setup as the GFC is pretty dialed for my needs… but the truck needed some love:
Finally wrapped up the install of some Kingpin Equipped light bars and tested them out on a camp trip near Camp Sherman, Oregon this last weekend.
